a straight 5/5 for me. im enjoying the current fillers way more than the actual story and end battle which sucked the big one

That was a weird episode somethings just didn't make sense , Did itachi die??? If so where is his body? Thats so confusing and it seems sasuke awakened the mangekyou sharingan lol , next episode looks like pain arc alternate version...

Episode felt kinda rushed like the fighting could of been better. Plus they could of done so much with this episode like CS2 Sasuke vs SM Naruto would of been an interesting matchup. Also the Itachi part was confusing. He...*SPOILER* dies then turns to pixie dust? lol ok. But I still enjoyed it so I give a 3/5.

Wtf, from the next preview, SM Naruto vs Pain, but not Minato? Care to explain? I haven't watched the episode yet, so don't spoil.

They really nerfed SM Naruto. He couldn't sustain his mode for even a couple minutes, and didn't use any large Rasengan or anything. Just a bit of Taijutsu. He should have been leagues above the rest of the powers that Sasuke/Naruto used.

Agreed that the Itachi death was pretty wtf. Seems pretty weak for Itachi. He really couldn't use a clone, or some kind of summon? I get that he probably doesn't have Susano'o in these fillers, but he should be powerful enough not to need to throw away his life so easily.

It was getting good until it just stopped making sense for me. Itachi dies again but in the most random way!

Today naruto episode was very interesting with alot old scenes but diffrend way done of course

An episode with lot of potential but wasted.They skipped rasenshuriken vs kirin clash.Also the animation was sloppy.
I was excited for this episode but I am dissapointed

The animation was good but there were some weird parts.

Naruto had the time to go into sage mode and use a rasenshuriken against kirin which couldn't do shit in Canon. Kirin is way too fast and strong to counter with a simple rasenshuriken.

Sasuke pierced base Naruto's right side and lung but Naruto still survived without using straight away kuruma's chakra to recover.

Sasuke knocked Naruto out without hitting him. Sasuke didn't try to pierce his chidori through Naruto after he killed itachi while Naruto tried to hit Sasuke's headband

Sasuke took a sage mode air punch but tanked it better than a dead pain body in Canon.

Still loved it and hyped for MS CM2 Sasuke

Everything was fine until...Itachi just randomly appears and gets killed so Sasuke can get a power-up...

OP : Man what a huge disappointment. Was really excited and ended up being a big letdown. :NO: SM Naruto should've been able to stay active longer than canon version. Seriously though SM>>>>>>>>>Chakra cloak. Then we have a rushed version of Vote 1. Pretty lazy on SP part. Don't even get me started on Itachi's death. :nuts:

I guess that's why they call em fillers.

The fight didn't make much sense, power-level wise.

In part 1, at the VOTE fight, a one-tailed Naruto could counter CM2 Sasuke. Sage Mode should be stronger than a mere one tailed kyuubi chakra cloak. So they switched the power levels imo.

Also, we didn't really see the clash between Kirin and rasenshuriken, the scene switched to Sasuke having pierced Naruto with a chidori. If this is the same chidori Sasuke made when he launched Kirin, does that mean that Kirin and the rasenshuriken cancelled each other out? If so, how could Sasuke the next second pierce Naruto? Was Naruto that off guard? Hard to believe. Seems more like plot.
