5/5 It looked terrible in some parts (Mostly the 2nd half) because of a new animator that it bad at animating and drawing.
But it looked amazing at the beginning and first half.
Stupid 3 month filler for new years.

these episodes are better than the whole juubi arc combined. u.u
we got to see zetsu finally using the buddha :]
the anime does add more tension. when i read the chapters i didnt really care.

i didnt like the art either in the second half.

Episode 393 - 本当の終わり - Hontō no Owari (A True Ending)
Madara successfully extracted all the Tailed Beasts. Even Kurama! What a surprise!
Naruto can't do anything without his Tailed Beast. He's a dead men! I wonder if he's gonna survive longer than Obito...
I like the name of Black Zetsu, Dokuzetsu (Wicked Tongue) and White Zetsu is Jōzetsu, Chatterbox. Thanks for the explanation, White Zetsu Clone!
Tobirama tried to assassinate Madara. What he was thinkin'? Nobody can't kill Madara! MWHAHA! He's just a moving corpse, like Madara says. That's what you deserve Tobirama! You killed Madara's brother, Izuna! How could you? You deserve death! Madara must avenge Izuna's death!
Looks like Hashirama can't fight anymore. Ow. Too bad! Hashirama is Madara's arch-enemy.
What jutsu is Hashirama talking about? Heh, who cares? Even with that jutsu, Sasuke won't do anything. That arrogant brat! He should have joined Madara's forces while he had a chance...fool! Elsewhere, Spiral Zetsu (Guruguru) or Tobi ...is doing alright. This guy came out from nowhere! duh. He's very powerful. He's using all five elements. The Allied Shinobi are very lucky! The Third Hokage used the same move. As for the rest Kage's...they all tired. I don't think they will do something useful.
I have to say, Wood Release: Several Thousand Hands is one of the best jutsus I ever saw! Very beautiful!
In case you didn't know: Tobi's face resembles the mask Obito wore prior to the Fourth Shinobi World War, and his personality also resembles Obito's when he was acting as Deidara's partner. In fact, his name in the fourth databook is "Tobi", which Obito used while wearing said mask.
I know, this Tobi is confusing and funny. Just like Obito was while he was Deidara's partner. It's like they are the same...
Madara is here to bring true peace! Prepare!
BTW, I don't think Sasuke & Naruto will die. I'm just messing around, give praise to Madara! If Naruto and Sasuke will not stop Madara, who will? And who will save these two? Everyone ran out of chakra...
I'm soo happy that his episode came out on Christmas! Very good episode, despite the quality. But who cares, great episode! 10/10. I liked how they ended the episode. Meaning of the episode's title: A True Ending: It's Naruto and Sasuke's funeral. The Allied Shinobi's ending. Madara will come out as a savior of this world, bringing TRUE PEACE!
No episode next week, 1st January - Happy New Year to you all! But they'll return 8 January, this time with fillers, damn! The manga has ended ...fillers after canon ends. Offf! I hope it wont take too long. Hayato Date said new character developments for 2015, but how long? Too bad he did this now, not after the ending of canon like y'all wanted. Some canon material next week, but very short. Suspense before Sasuke's and Naruto's funeral. Bring back the past before Naruto's funeral, I know...

as a few others have said, the second half was just weird-looking. Madara's face, Sasuke's face looked off.

The manga captured the drama of Sasuke's "death" much better than the anime, imo.

I nearly teared when sakura and karin were crying in this episode , but when i read it in the manga i didn't feel anything!
