The episode was decent. The moment with Naruto and the map was a little bit too long though.

About the fillers,

I think that now is a good time for them. Better have them now then later as someone stated above. I won't buy NUNS3 so the moment with Madara won't really be that spoiled for me. And I read the manga so in a sense it's already spoiled.

It's also good how they're tying this in with the canon. Like how Kabuto uses the sound four to buy more time to summon Madara 'badass' Uchiha. It's also logical that the edo sound four are made stronger by Kabuto or else Shikamaru, Kiba, Choji and Neji wouldn't have that much problems with them. Especially now that they aren't fighting alone. I'm also wondering if the whole month will be about the sound four. It makes sense to have the first episode introduce them all + the first of the four, etc and ahve a little moment of about 5 minutes in the last one to tease Madara, like showing his gloves or something like they did in the manga.

Not a bad episode. I'm looking forward to next week since we'll get to see a bit more of Neji during the war, but hopefully it's a decent filler.

- As I mentioned on some of the previous threads, they only use one type of a Ninja when they need to, like in this case Sand Ninjas. I mean, come one, is it that hard for them to draw different kind of Ninjas. :erm:
- The fight kind of went petty fast. . . . . . . . . :'(

Alright! The Sound Four, it's going to be awesome.

I saw some members wrote Sound Five, which includes Kimimaro too, but I doubt that he will appear. Because he was summoned before.

Plus, we might see Mangetsu and Fuguki, cuz they said that they were not yet sealed.

I am usually one of the more positive people about the anime and I rate often 3, 4 or 5, but today I didnt like the episode.
The anime didnt really add anything new or interesting to the Mizukage vs Gaara battle.
The fight in the manga chapter felt more impressive. I felt like there was to much filling up in the episode, like Naruto running through rock like areas, which wasnt needed at all.

Yh its true, if they fillers can involve the sound four and mangetsu and fuguki it will be pretty decent to watch if its action packed anyway. Unlike this last mimi filler arc (power) this is in the war and I like the war fillers as long as they involve many shinobi not like when team kiba was in a cave but the sai one that was really good.



The only bad thing is they are holding back Madara Uchiha the last generations sasuke, how I long to see madara I have already heard his voice in storm 3 (that's how slow the anime is) sounds like tobi if im not mistaking I will go and listen to it again

I feel it would of had more impact if it was revealed in the anime, but when the anime is that slow it just has to be that way. A game that comes out once a year surpassing and revealing the major events before the anime which comes out once a week U_U

I agree, it was so pointless to have Naruto doing what I like to call a cheap imitation of Indiana Jones with the map. lol They need to cut the nonsense and focus more on adding parts from the manga. Fillers alone can do whatever they please, but the canon episodes should remain canon imo.

It was a pretty good episode. It has me mildly interested in the upcoming fillers, though I'd much rather they continue making canon episodes. I usually keep my hopes pretty low when it comes to fillers, especially after things like Chikara Force and Road to Sakura. I wouldn't mind seeing the sound 5 in action again, though.

I like the episode, I am a Gaara fan so that could be why. I just have a question when the Mizukage said at the end to Gaara he said "I'm amazed that you could come up with such a.... wait!" Then he looks at Gaara and calls him a Golden child.

What was the Mizukage thinking when he looked at Gaara? I just something that is bugging me I would like to know
