Naruto Shippuden : Character Power-up!

I warn you now folks I'm in Fan Mode :kakashi:​

If you could choose any character in the series right now, that is alive to recieve a power-up, who would you choose? And what would it be?
Note: It can be a small power-up just to even out the ninja's fighting style and tactics or a major power-up to put them up to scale with legendary shinobi names such as Minato, Madara, Shisui, and even Tsunade. This power-up could also just be one to give the character enough power to make a name outta theirself. A title so to say.

Kekkei Genkai's and Bloodline limits are allowed but you cannot have both for a power-up. Don't be greedy just choose one. Also a chakra boost plus one of the two works aswell.

Now for me the character I choose for a power-up is Kakashi. (Obviously Lol)
I feel that Kakashi deserves a power-up b/c he's held his own in the war so far(7 swordsmen blah blah, and aiding naruto and bee against tobi's bijuu pawns). This power-up would just be to even up his defenses along with his offense. Down below I've provided three different power-ups that could be used to make him alot more durable to last longer on the field without feeling fatigue so quickly. The one in bold is the one I perfer most but it is also the most unlikely power-up since that blade belongs to the mist village(I think) along with all the other seven blades.

Current Kakashi Power-up:
1) Executioner's Blade + Chakra Boost to put him at a 5.
2) More lighting techs and Chakra Boost to put him at a 4.5.
3) Chakra Boost + Stamina Boost + Another Mangekyou Sharingan Ability.

To make it simple to those who don't wanna read all of this just read the bold parts lol.

As a whole I would like to see everyone get some new techs. I'm sick of only seeing Naruto use different types or Rasengan. Or Sasuke just bring out Sussano every time. If anyone I think they should give Shakimaru something else other then using his mind. Hes kinda useless in battle.

Gaara needs some faster sand and faster reactions for defense.

If he had reflexes like Minato and sand as fast as Oonokis speed boost he would be untouchable

I want Kiba Inuzuka to get power ups. I want him to learn new ninjutsu besides the different variations of fang over fang, and also maybe an element affinity.
I propose a wind affinity to him, I think it suits him especially since his attacks are a funnel shape, maybe he could incorporate wind with it? That's all I want for Kiba or any of the other kohana 11 to get power ups-mostly Kiba though.

No offense, but how many times has death already been cheated in Naruto? I mean come on. Seriously... Its a manga.. Kakashi actually did die and was brought back to life. -_-

sasuke. don't care what kind of power-up it is. be it rinnegan or some -out of nowhere- type. I just want him equal to current naruto.

now for the real answer

shikamaru,

some fire-power. preferably elemental attacks. doton or katon would suit him pretty well. he could use doton to change the land and create shadows for his techniques. and he can use katon and set aflame his territory so that he can have a ton of shadows.

a weapon. he made excellent use of asuma's blades. and he should improve his skills with that as well. but as a weapon I was thinking something more unique. something that's in sync with his shadows. for example a weapon that allows him to shoot "shadow bullets"

and some improvising on his shadows. think how awesome would it be if he could sharpen his shadows and use them as swords. he would have countless swords attacking the enemy from every direction. and the best part is shikamaru will be at a safe distance. the best "kenjutsu" style ever.


with those shikamaru would be kage-level

Yea he kinda is lol. His binding techs don't hold out too long either so in a sense Shikamaru needs a power-up more than anyone. Maybe something other than binding people.

+rep my friend, +rep. I too think Gaara would be damn near untouchable if his sand reactions was much faster. With his chakra now he'd probably be able to take on a whole village. Fast like when Oonoki used his relative wieght tech on him to increase his sands speed.

Kiba with a wind affinity? I could see that. But I see more of a earth type thing for him with those claws of his.
