Don't have answer for all; but worst bunch of chapters were the ones consisting of Naruto wank and fodders getting hyped/drawing kunais; shame of the year was not seeing 8th gate and edo hokage fanservice.

Tough one, but I'd say the whole battle of Minato/Sasuke/Naruto against Juubito, but in specific when he became the Juubi jink. It was the moment we all were waiting for.
