Althought it is true that Bleach has a overall better animation than Naruto, the best episodes of Naruto (chikara) are better than the best of Bleach. (I can't really judge, I have barely seen Bleach)

The chikara episodes were epic in terms of quality.
But still the current shippuden animators are awful, even the first naruto series had better quality than this. I am not sure what they are doing.
