Naruto Ship 4th Movie?

So does anybody know when the 4th movie will actually be coming out?

And I don't mean in theaters, or in the US... I mean like out in the raw so I can get on watching and translating!!

According to wikipedia There is Naruto Shippuden 4: The lost tower, which should be coming to dvd in April 2011
