Naruto Shinobi that CLOSEST fits the traditional Japanese shinobi

I know that the traditional Japanese shinobi didn't have jutsu and all that stuff, but which Naruto character's arsenal closest fits that of a traditional Japanese shinobi (besides Zabuza of course)? In order words, which characters do you think are the most talented in stealth and one hit kill techniques?

For me, it has to be Neji, or even any other Hyuuga.

obito, real ninja played mind games and complex strategies. Obito assumed many personas and hid in many different ways, what a real ninja would do. He mind raped and used the tools he had to the best of his abilities. Also real ninja did have genjutsu, tai jutsu, and so forth it just wasnt like you read or see in movie. (i have a friend who is a real ninjitsu practitioner and a black belt with 30 yrs exp)
