That is a complete hypocrisy right here. Whenever Sarada does something amazing, weren't you the person praising the shit out of Sarada cause she's a better character and claiming that her potential overshadows boruto in the story . Yet you flipped on the other side claiming it's all centered around boruto whenever he had character growth and displaying his feats which his potential is prevalent to the story.

So which is it??? You can't pick both.

Your attempts to justify bad writing, handouts, ass pulls for the sake of plot because it's his potential dont warrant addressing. Also try to bring a like for like and conpare it when presenting a case it would be less fallacious and warrant my time.

They most likely will because they need content, and the novel is solid Boruto content.

It takes place after the movie. Sasuke leaves again to find out more stuff about Otsutsuki's attack, then he returns to the village.

Not at all, I've never seen a prodigy who hasn't worked for what they have. Itachi, Orochimaru, Sasuke, Minato, Kakashi and Neji all trained their asses off. Even if wasn't shown always they weren't the main character. Boruto goes to train Rasengan comes back out with a wind infused rasengan(something Minato could never do). Boruto doesn't even know, had no conscious effort he just pulled it out of thin air because he's Boruto you know. Yet Boruto magically forms a regular rasengan later on in the battle against Momoshiki. It gets better(bad writing on roids which I'm not going to address for now). That's just one example of many, for plot progression and what you call potential(bad writing).

Minato's already been mentioned so lets look at Itachi if we take Shinden would always ask to be taught, would practise and he was once in a century prodigy etc. The point is prodigies still work or have legit excuses Boruto's excuse is he's Boruto Dattebasa. Sarada doesn't fall into the same camp, Mitsuki is a genetic freak and Orochimaru's student so he's exempt.

There's no hypocrisy on my part, perhaps it's on yours you fail to see the difference between a prodigy and bad writing masquerading as progious talent. I'll make it clear if Sarada was the lead and doing the same she'd be in the same boat.

I only addressed this post to clear up some issues and identify a flaw, I was going to ignore it tbh.

I’m glad Sarada and sasuke are getting some bonding done. Although man it sucks to think this is what they make the novels out of. They could of easily added bits in the anime and shown this. They could of used the novels for proper side material like kakashis reign as hokage, or even some more of his past. What Bee had been up to before he got ganked. There’s like a decade skip they could draw from pretty much anywhere and we’re getting parent kid interacting
