That looks like a regular Sharingan to me. I just noticed that Boruto has two white eyes instead of the Kyuubi eyes, and his whiskers aren't black like Naruto's chakra mode.

I think we should still take this 'drawing' with a gran of salt. Because we've already seen future Bolt's powers and it has nothing to do with double Byakugan chakra modes. It's a one scar Byakugan with a glowing tattoo.

So ... I'm not really sure what to think unless they are dropping that idea and giving them new powers. The picture doesn't really give any information bar the fact that Kishimoto drew something nice for the first volume.

He drew the same canon Mitsuki we saw on the one-shot. I don't see why he would draw Boruto and Sarada like that if he didn't have plans for them... but you're right, we'll have to wait and see. To me, stuff that's on the drawing totally seem like something that could happen.
