"Naruto, you're only prolonging your death." Madara said.
"Shut up." Naruto said as he activated the Sharingans in his hands. He then moved his hands in different motions. The black flames then began to circle around, and then finally Naruto pointed at Madara and the flames attacked. Madara getting hit by some flames had to take his cloak off showing his muscle shirt. Madara dodged and weaved through the flames until he reached Naruto and punched Naruto in the face knocking him backwards.
"You can't stop me with those pesky flames." Madara said.
Naruto directed the flames back at Madara but they once more missed again.
'What am I to do? All he is going to do his dodge my flames. I have to use it.' Naruto thought. Naruto gathered energy around him so it began to form a humongous suit of armor. Something that Madara hoped not to see. Susanoo, the greatest defense on the whole planet (Looks like Sasuke's). Naruto had full control over the armor and so he extended his arm and the armor extended its arm trying to grab Madara. Madara easily evaded the arm and threw kunai at Naruto which was easily blocked by the armor.
'Damn, I am going to be hard pressed now. All I have to do is wait he will run out of chakra sooner or later.' Madara thought. Naruto attacked once more. Naruto realized he was not fast enough, so he gathered black flames again and began to attack him with the flames and the armor. Madara dodged the flames but was not fast enough to dodge the enormous arm. Madara was sent flying through ten trees when he finally stopped.
'I don't want to waste chakra if I don't have to.' Naruto thought powering down Susanoo. He waited for Madara to get back into the clearing. He did not have to wait long for Madara to come out of the trees bleed immensely.
'I shouldn't have underestimated him.' Madara thought. Naruto then ran at Madara as fast as he could. He gathers the black flames to his hands so he would burn Madara with just touching him. Madara blocked the punches by hitting Naruto's arms making sure he did not touch the hands knowing that he would lose if that ever happened. Madara managed to hit Naruto back away ten yards, and he began to run through seals.
"Doton Kekkai: Dorō Dōmu." Madara said touching the ground. When he touched the ground a huge dome of earth came out of the ground and covered Naruto.
"How does it feel Naruto, to be trapped?" Madara asked.
Inside the dome
'What did he do?' Naruto asked himself.
Outside the dome
"Naruto you cannot get out of this. I will suck you dry of your chakra, and then I will kill you." Madara said.

Naruto felt his chakra leave him at a fast rate. He had to think of something to do or he would be stuck in here and he would die. He began to think. He remembers this jutsu, which allowed the user to absorb the opponent's chakra. But the opponent could not get out because the earth would just grow back.
'That must be this jutsu. That means if I hit the back of the wall with a chakra enhanced punched I should be able to get out of here.' Naruto thought. He then charged up a chakra enhanced fist and ran at the wall. He punched the wall with such force that it blew the earth wall away completely. Madara could not believe what he saw. Somebody knew the weakness of his technique.
"How, did you know?" Madara asked.
"I study." Naruto said. Naruto then looked in Madara's eyes," Tsukiyomi." Naruto said.
Madara tried to close his eyes fast enough but he couldn't. When he opened his eyes he found himself in the Tsukiyomi world. Naruto then appeared in front of him.
"You will be in here for 72 hours, and in that time you will be tormented. You cannot escape, so do not even try." Naruto said. Naruto then began to cut Madara with Kusanagi. Madara then was dissolved by the acid all the way until he was nothing but a skeleton, he was healed and then Naruto would do it again. Naruto did this for 72 hours. Madara screamed but no one could hear him.
When Naruto was done he found himself back in the real world. Madara suddenly fell to the ground holding his head.
"No please stop." Madara said.
"I am going to leave now, Madara." Naruto said turning to leave. Naruto felt something painful in his side. When he looked down he saw a katana stuck in him.
"Don't turn your back on the enemy." Madara said. Naruto coughed up blood and fell to the ground," How?" Naruto asked.
"I am just more powerful than you, Naruto." Madara said. Madara went in front of Naruto on his knees and pulled out the katana. Naruto gasped at the pain as blood spurted everywhere. Madara then sheaved the katana and sealed it into a scroll. He then pulled out a kunai.
"I am sorry this has to happen." Madara said. A lone tear fell down Naruto's face, not from the pain, but from the guilt. He was about to die, and so in doing that he could not save the people that he killed.
"You wouldn't have to die if only you didn't care for people." Madara said.
"I care because they….didn't…have..to..di." Naruto could finish because he threw up more blood.
"You shouldn't care about them, they make you weak, see where it got you." Madara said.
'I can no longer save them. I have failed them I am so sorry.' Naruto thought. Images of the people dying in his mind made him think,' No I can save them I can do it. I have to try.'
"You knew you couldn't defeat me, but you tried anyways. Where is the logic in that?" Madara asked. Naruto did not answer him.
"Any last words, before you die?" Madara asked.
"Yes..." Naruto said and then coughed up more blood.
"What?" Madara asked.
"Die, KAMUI." Naruto yelled. Suddenly a vortex appeared like swirls in the air around them.
"What NOOOOOOO." Madara yelled as he was sucked into the vortex.
"Teh." Naruto said smirking as he was also sucked into the vortex. The vortex then disappeared leaving a destroyed training field behind.
Light faded as Naruto was sucked into the vortex. The pain of the katana strike left him, he felt like he was invincible, then suddenly pain came upon him, and his world turned dark.
Kurenai, Anko, and Hana were heading towards there objective Rock country, to help out team Minato. They had sent out a S.O.S signal a couple hours ago and the best Chunin squad was sent to help.
Kurenai, the leader of the group was ahead looking out for anything suspicious. Anko, being probably the strongest of the three, was at the back watching to make sure no one attacked them from the back. Hana, the new Chunin was in the middle keeping an eye on the front and back just in case. Suddenly they felt a surge of chakra coming two clicks west of their position.
"What was that?" Anko asked through her microphone.
"I don't know maybe it is team Minato, we are close to where their last known position. Let's go check it out." Kurenai said. Anko and Hana followed Kurenai through the trees until they finally reached their destination. What they saw made them stand there in amazement. There in front of them was a huge crater half the size of a football field.
"Let's check this out, come on let's go." Hana said. Kurenai not liking that Hana the newbie was giving orders, but just shrugged it off. They went to the middle of the crater to see a lone figure lying on its back. When they got closer they saw a teenage boy about there age, with burnt marks all over him. Hana, being the medic-nin of the group tried to rush towards the injured man. Anko held out her arm stopping her. Hana looked at Anko confused.
"Don't go help him yet. We don't know who he is. He could be a Rock nin." Kurenai said.
"Do you see a headband, let me help him." Hana said.
"It could have been thrown off in the blast. Let me check him out before you go and start to heal him." Anko said. Anko walked over to Naruto and began to check him to see if he was dangerous. She then saw the katana wound in his gut.
"Come over here quick Hana, he has a major kunai wound in his side. He will die if he doesn't get help." Anko said. Hana rushed over to Naruto a looked over the extent of his wound. Once she was done, she looked at Kurenai," I can do nothing for him here. If he doesn't get to a hospital quick he will die."
Anko looked at Kurenai with a concerned look. They knew that they couldn't just let him stay here to die, especially when they don't know if he is good or not.
"First, we have to complete our mission, and then we will help him." Kurenai said.
"He has to get help now." Hana said.
"Kurenai is right we can't sabotage a mission just because we find some dying guy in a crater." Anko said. Suddenly there was movement in the woods, the trio turned to see who they never would expect, team Minato. There at the outer layer of the woods stood Minato, Kakashi, and Rin. When the new trio saw them they hurried over to where they were.
"Minato, I am glad we found you guys. We have been sent by the Third, to some and help you." Anko said.
"That is good-." Minato said. He looked and saw Naruto in the crater.
"Who is that?" He asked.
"We don't know we were going to come find you guys, then help him." Kurenai said.
"He looks like he is dead." Minato said.
"Minato where's Obito?" Anko asked. When she said that name all of team Minato looked down. She looked at Rin to see tears in her eyes.
"I am so sorry." Kurenai said.
"Right now, we just need to get back to the village. We have information on the Rock." Minato said. Kakashi stood next to Rin comforting her on their loss. He himself was very sad also. He had just lost a friend and a teammate. In his last words Obito gave Kakashi his Sharingan eye. The other one was crushed by a bolder.
"What are we going to do with him?" Hana asked. They all looked at the falling Naruto.
"Should we take him, he could be a risk for our mission?" Minato said.
"He won't be a risk he is injured enough he wont be waking up, for awhile." Hana said. Minato stood there and thought about what they should do with the new found blond and then he came up with his answer.
"I guess he can come with us. I'll carry him. We have about a day's journey to Konoha so it won't be that bad." Minato said. Hana excited about this began to tend to Naruto's wound so he could be moved. Once she was done, she told Minato he could pick him up. Minato picked up Naruto to see that he was lying on a sword.
"This must be his sword." Anko said picking it up.
"Let's take it with us; it might be worth something, if he doesn't need it anymore." Kurenai said. Anko nodded her head and strapped it on to her back.
"Okay, we have no time left, let's go." Minato said. Minato jumped with Naruto on his back on to the tree tops in the direction of Konoha. When seeing him leave everyone began to follow suit. They traveled until nightfall, and they stopped for the night. They each set up their tents and started a fire. They set Naruto down by the fire to keep him warm in his injuries. Hana always had a watchful eye over him so he would not die. They all now sat around the fire talking about the mission. When Minato was done telling them his side of the story, Kurenai told him what happened. Not listening because they went to sleep early Kakashi and Rin were not there.
"Is Rin going to be ok?" Anko asked.
"Right now she is just in shock. Hopefully she'll get over it. To be a good ninja you can't let death affect our jobs." Minato said. Everyone thought he sounded cold and heartless but they knew he was right. You couldn't let anything effect your life as a ninja or you could put your life in danger, or even your teammates. They all looked at the fire sadly, knowing they would never have a normal life. They knew that when they wanted to be a ninja, and now they couldn't go back.
"This is a nice sword; I wonder where he got it." Anko said pulling Naruto's sword out, and also trying to get off topic. Anko then crinkled her nose.
"What is it Anko?" Kurenai asked.
"It smells like a strong poison, and it's coming from the sword." Anko said. Kurenai outstretched her hand and was about to touch the sword when Anko stopped her," No, don't touch it, we don't know what type of poison it is, and it could kill you."
Kurenai quickly brought her hand back not touching the sword. Anko not wanting anyone to get hurt put the sword back in its holster.
"When we get back to the village, I will have to check, to see what kind of poison, it is.?" Anko said.
They all looked at Naruto with wondering eyes, 'who is this kid?'
After they were done talking they got to bed in their own tents with Naruto, in a tent with Minato. Minato looking at his sword and then Naruto, he grabbed a scroll from Naruto's jacket. He began to read the scroll, and it talked about the Sharingan. As he read he saw that it said something about a new level of the Sharingan. He had never heard of this before.
'I'll keep this to show to the third, when we get back. Maybe it was a good idea to take this kid along, in the first place.' Minato thought. He placed the scroll in his bed and then looked through the remainder of Naruto's belongings. He found a blood scroll that could only be opened by Naruto and it seemed like he stored all of his belongings in it.
'I guess this all I can do tonight.' Minato thought. He then laid his head on his pillow and let sleep overtake him.
Six Hours Later:
The two teams got up out of their tents and packed. When they were done they picked up Naruto, and his sword, and headed towards Konoha. After two hours they decided to take a break. Minato set Naruto down and went over to talk to Rin, while everyone else stayed where they landed and started to talk.
""Do you think he is the enemy?" Kakashi asked.
"I don't know Kakashi, he could be, but then again he could be the enemy as well." Kurenai said.
"Yes, that is true, but I have to help anyone that is hurt. I just can't help it. What about you Anko?" Hana said turning towards Anko. Anko was a sleep, they had been there five minutes and she was already asleep. Hana and everyone else sweat dropped.
Kurenai went over and woke up Anko," Anko, get up we won't be here long." Anko woke up with a startle.
"Ma, ma, Kurenai you couldn't have let me sleep until we were ready to leave?" Anko asked.
"You lazy butt, you shouldn't have been sleeping anyways." Hana said. Anko just brushed her off and began to eat a stick of dango that she had sealed in a scroll.
"Wow, Anko you are lazy." Kakashi said.
"I am not." Anko said. Hana, Kurenai, and Kakashi all laughed at hearing what Anko said. They stopped laughing when they saw Minato come from the bushes.
"Where is Rin?" Kakashi asked.
"She's gone." Minato said. At this everyone was shocked.
