Shared vision didn't help Nagato and the 6th Paths he used. Sasuke's S/T didn't help him against Kaguya either. Naruto's sensory ability currently would be easily able to counter Sasuke's S/T but yea if Sasuke has mastered the Rinnegan I'd be worried for Naruto. If their fight against Edo Nagato is something to go by but he has experience on his side and his idiotic genius lol but yea...

Sasuke is literally the fastest shinobi alive, Naruto needs KCM/RSM to surpass his foot speed, so giving him using shared field of vision would make him really deadly with Chidori or Human Path

And Sasuke is still faster with S/t so with his shared vision he'll have 0 blind spots and no surprise back stabs or shadow clone attacks..

Sasuke isn't faster then Naruto in any form. Sasuke would need to use summoning to better his vision because alone his is only 180 degrees. Sasuke being faster with his S/T is questionable Naruto's senses in SM would give him the edge against Sasuke in regards to his S/T or even base to be honest.
