Rasengan is an A-Rank Ninjutsu. Kakashi admitted RasenShuriken would be S Rank or even above it.

Those variations take RasenShuriken to a higher level and thus, should be far above S Rank.

Hiraishin is an S Rank technique and Amenotijikara is arguably superior due to not requiring sealing tags or physical contact, so it's highly likely that it's an S Rank technique as well.

I'd imagine Sasuke's PS Chidori is S Rank as well when it requires an unfathomable amount of Chakra and Chakra Control to stabilize the chakra of something far greater than a Bijuu in size and imbuing it with Raiton would obviously require a higher level of chakra control.

I'm not sure about Chibaku Tensei, but I don't know where you got it's A Rank from when it's not even rated.

And Indra Arrow should be an S Rank technique when it takes Raiton to it's highest level.
