Again, sasuke has the direct advantage over naruto with the rinnegan because with sharingan alone he can place bijuu under genjutsu and control them, sasuke having the ultimate rinnegan has even more powerful genjutsu abilities. He instantly controlled the 9 bijuu with his abilities. Again, a direct advantage over naruto, he even took the bijuu chakra(and still had some of his own chakra left) from naruto to make an ultimate Susano and STILL couldn't win with it lmfao. Now lets say hypothetically, naruto somehow obtains Rinnegan with some basic understanding of it's use, taking the powers sasuke got from the SOSP almost like how sasuke stole the bijuu chakra from naruto that the SOSP gave him. Sasuke would get wiped off the face of the earth so fast he wouldn't be able to say "Ameno".

OT: Sasuke with Rinnegan+bijuu chakra from naruto = naruto with bijuu chakra
Naruto with bijuu chakra+rinnigan from sasuke > Sasuke with Rinnegan and = SOSP
