Sasuke stopped being strong the moment he started spamming with MS. EMS is no different, it just gives you a bit stronger Susano'o, it doesn't make him any smarter or phisically stronger.
So the answer is YES, Naruto is stronger. Deal with it.
Don't speak of it as if it was the fact, not just an oppinion. Nobody will take you seriously with that attitude.
I don't believe Sasuke will be changed by Hashi's answer, but I do believe that since he met Itachi and starter seeking the truth he got more calm, normal and returned to his sane, smart self. In the past we have seen that he always had good strategies and he used his power with intelligence and that made him much stronger. Now he has much more power than the last time we saw him fighting with brains and if he returns to that old-self he will have good chances of beating Naruto.
The point is, Sasuke is extremely powerfull, he just needs to use his brain the way he used it before he found out the truth about Itachi.
But in the end they will be equal, probably. Naruto will win because the power of the main character, but it will be extremely hard fight and they will both be equal strenght.
