Are they even going to fight it seems like the manga Is going to end right after the fight with madara and obito .

Kishi has made it clear that he will continue the manga for another 2-3 years. He said that the original intent was to end it with the war, but now he has decided to add stuff to extend the plot (which is bs in my opinion). So I doubt we will get a Naruto vs Sasuke fight in the war, and if we do it wont be the final fight, just another tease fight.

There isn't any progression towards their fight just yet. We've got to see how they tie the loose ends up and build up towards that fight. Depending on which direction Sasuke takes after he learns the truth we may either get a proper final fight or a cheesy ending where they fight and it's a sparring match.

yes they will fight as it is one of the most anticipated fights in the manga plus it would bring him alot of money in volume sales and anime

Sasuke wants to know everything to find the right path to follow, I really doubt that he'd just continue his vengeance after that.

Buuut, a lot of plot is about changing destiny and all that stuff, I get the feeling it's gonna be Sasuke saying "Nah, I don't fancy revenge anymore" and then teaming up with Naruto to defeat Madara. Kishimoto seems to like cheesy stuff like that >.>
