As for who wins, It really depends on the plot.The characters powers are very inconsistent. Sasuke is sweating in the "novel" and anime against about 25 kekkei genkai users and has to use PS against some Tornado fodder but then before that goes toe to toe with Juubi Jin Madara.
Apparently Sasuke has trouble at the start against some bald cheap Chinese Uchiha in the Gaiden but then draws with Naruto at VOTE 2
Edo Madara can take out a whole alliance + 5 kages but then ADULT RIKKODU SASUKE sweats against 25 shinobi. I have little to no respect for Kishi when it comes to power levels.
MS Itachi can wipe out the UCHIHA clan with little help but Sasuke has to Susanoo up against a bunch of shins.
One moment they are light speed characters and then next they can barely run.

Naruto and sasuke lose this one, take out 8 gates gai or jj obito though and I think that would change things, but that's just my opinion

Smh you guys know Naruto and Sasuke have all the feats to counter them right ?
1. Hide in a different dimension until Gai dies
2. Take out the bijuu from Obito
3. Create bijuu Susanoo
4. Seal Hashi's movements with chakra rods and seal him in CT
5. Kill Madara
