My take:
I would say the Hokage/w madara win with High-Extreme Difficulty. Hashirama and Tobirama can take on suasuke. Hahirama would be prefect for tackling Sasuke Susanoo with his Wooden Golem/ Budhha if necessary. Tobirama's FTG should be able to deal with his teleportaion Rinnegan tech. I know we do not know to much about, but seeing as suasuke used against Kaguya and she had time to react to it, Tobirama should be able to protect himself or his brother as they are getng hit and sasuke can only use the ability for a certian time.
Naruto would be difficult. MInato and Madara can deal with him. Any ranged ability Naruto can do ( such as Tailed Best Ball rasen-shuriken) minato can teleport. Madara can use his Susanoo with the nine tails to inflict some major damge. Even if they dont seem ot take him out, they can hold out until Hashi/Tobi take care of sasuke and then join the fight with Minato/Madara to Finnish Naruto.
Well Minatos Space Barrier, warpped the ten tails bijuu bomb which is bigger than all of the 6. PLus Tobirama is there too, they both can use the Space barrier

Naruto has Yin Kurama so a full Kurama is not going to happen for Madara. You can at most give him Yang Kurama if you still want too.
Sasuke would be fighting Madara and Tobirama more likely since Madara is going to want to fight the Uchiha and Tobirama fits to be a better teammate in this fight since Minato seems to be the better person to fight Naruto since he knows more of Naruto's jutsus (Rasengan base attacks) and is faster than Tobirama. If Madara had Yang Kurama, Sasuke can just use his Sharinnegan to take Yang Kurama from Madara since his Sharinnegan would be casing a stronger genjutsu than Madara's EMS and Sasuke already shown to be able to combine Susanoo with Kurama so Sasuke would be rocking PS+Kurama while fighting PS and Tobirama. Or he can send Kurama to fight Tobirama while he fights Madara PS to flying PS.
Naruto knows how FTG works since Minato already told him and Sasuke how it works and Minato first used his barrier jutsu to teleport the Juubi's tbb as he arrived at the war. Naruto's KM speed was compared to Minato's speed, Naruto shown high speed in his base or KM+SM form

Naruto can use his frog kata where the natural energy around his body extends but both Hashirama and Minato do know how to sense/see/gather natural energy so they would be able to dodge them but Minato most likely kniow frog kata while Hashirama doesn't so he could handle it better than Hashirama would because he knows the style.
Naruto can fly which takes him out of the range of a lot of attacks and his FRS-tbb would cut thru Hashirama's wood jutsus since it's a higher form of FRS which cuts. Naruto can also use lava RS to cut thru any wood base jutsus. Naruto has yet to use the abilities of most of the Bijuus and we get a taste of what the other Bijuus powers can do from when Naruto and Bee fought the edo jins. Naruto can make clones to separate Hashirama and Minato while still fighting them in an overwhelming match in his favor (KM Naruto clones with 1/13 his power handled Kage level edo's with minimal help just fine so the even stronger mode Naruto has will do much better.
Naruto made 6 FRS-tbb easily and if he use that on Hashirama then it's over

. Naruto can have clones attack from different directions with that of lava RS. Minato does have a huge chakra reserve (learning SM requires it) so he can use barrier jutsu a lot so Naruto can't use it straight up as he can with other ninjas. Naruto has the speed and reflexes to match Minato's and know how Minato's FTG works with the Kunai plus have Yin Kurama who seen Minato use FTG while he was full Kurama and 8 other Bijuus to aid him in strategies. Naruto might not be smart like Minato but his fighting style consist of being unpredictable which he use to beat ninjas smarter than he is such as his plan to free Kakashi from Zabuza, beating Neji, using Rasengan on Kabuto, beat Kakashi in the bell test, out smarted Kakuza, ect...
I can also add that Naruto still knows the chakra transfer jutsu and could give Sasuke a chakra cloak at the beginning of the fight and send clones to help Sasuke finish up during the fight as well.
it's hard to say exactly who hashirama would go to fight in this as he would think to fight naruto as he has the tailed beast, but he has the power to ake on a PS. in the end i think he'll go for naruto and madara would go for the PS against PS. although not possible but whatever, madara would have enough power to destroy sasuke's Ps as he has his own plus 100% kurama. sasuke's only advantage being that he can fly with PS. i suspect tobirama would go to aid madara. as far as this fight goes, i'm unsure. i don't think sasuke could take control of the kyuubi from madara just because he has a more advanced eye. his eye doesn't show any affinity for genjutsu other than being able to repel infinite tsukiyomi while in PS. other visual genjutsu could possibly work, but it's mostly useless to try. we are not sure if sasuke can do the swap thing while he has PS activated, so i won't have him use it that way. for now, i am unsure how this fight would go. amaterasu could be key here, but tobirama has the FTG which could help counter this.
as far as naruto vs hashi and minato goes, i'm a little more sure. in this case, hashi does not have the power to contain the power than naruto has in rikudo mode, just as he couldn't contain pre-perfect juubito. whats key for minato and hashi in this fight is the ability for minato to use space time barriers to stop devastating attack. although for that to work, minato has to have another kunai set out of the way where he could let the explosions go off. another problem with that is, those barriers don't absorb the attack as fast as you would think. it also seems to only absorb one attack at a time. naruto would be using bijuu dama rasenshuriken's, so unlike regular bijuu dama, hashi can't just catch them and throw them back. to me this spells defeat for minato and hashi as they can't outrun that blast, unless minato uses FTG to leave the battle field with hashi(which i think is an automatic loss here).
when naruto beats his opponents, he can then go help sasuke. they win this med diff.
Hashirama, Kurama and Madara take care of Sasuke.
Minato and Tobirama distract Naruto while Sasuke is taken care of, and then everybody fights Naruto and naturally he loses.

Team 2 takes it mid diff. Hashirama owned Bijuus 2-9 under his control and Orochimaru said Hashirama could bend them to his will. Madara (Rinnegan) would be repelling any and all jutsus coming his way with Deva path. Absorb any ninjutsu, make 25 wood clones that each have 4 limbos so 104 limbos with 26 Madaras who can all use deva path, absorb ninjutsu, use Susanoo, use any element such as storm, wood, jinton, lava, ect... Tobirama and Minato would be too fast for Sasuke since their base speed and reflexes are higher plus have FTG.
Oh and team 2 know sealing jutsus to seal Yang Kurama inside themselves so Hashirama or Madara with that power on top of their own would be too strong. Minato place the 5 prong seal on Naruto and prevents him from accessing Kurama's chakra as Orochimaru did. Many other things I can mention but the Madara part alone is a lot to try and fight.
