--emotion sensing helps naruto locate muu and send 2 of his clones to slam a rasengan on his face. Muu is never catching him in jinton nor is he ever getting the chance to prep it when it gets interrupted by a susanoo arrow or a KCM flash shunshin attack

--third raikage lightened or not is still not doing much. He would still be slower than naruto and He gets vastly outnumbered by the multiple KCM clones whilst using nukite would jus get him killed. There is also the fact that with clones present, naruto is bound to land a KCM COFRS and tht finishes the raikage this time

--mizukage is not doing shit here, hawk helps sasuke stay out of the genjutsu range. His attacks such as water bullets are useless to KCM cloak or susanoo and using joki boy is making him a sitting duck waiting to get killed. His clam is susceptible to getting caught in the large AOE attacks suh as jinton and FRS too

His mirage and genjutsu are the same thing. When he sees through the mirage he sees through his genjutsu.
