Playing field health level whatever I should call it from the moment so6p brought them back and gave power ups neither one has been at a disadvantage to the other.

Nothing has claimed that, although the chakra he put into his PS has disappeared in like what 2-3 attacks?

Edit: Or actually his own chakra was used up recently, which is why he couldn't control the bijuu's chakra. :erm:

Edit Edit: Yea it seems Sasuke's own chakra is most likely used up, instead of all the chakra from the 9 chakra monsters. So he couldn't control the bijuu to get more chakra/power his techniques or even use his eye properly.
