naruto sasuke sakura

sasuke trained by orochimaru can summon snakes (until proven other wise he still can)
Sakura trained by tsunade she by logic should summon slugs

True you can't disprove a fact because we haven't seen it happen but you can't prove it by using other shinobi as examples, Sakura could have used a summoning jutsu when fighting Sasori but she didn't and Sasuke no longer summons Snakes he killed Orochimarus giant snake to save himself and now summons a hawk, Naruto is correct

To summon snakes to begin with he had to have a contract with them
