My view on potential powerups:

Naruto:
1) 2nd half of kurama -> If he is getting this, I think he'll get it after obito's death or when the war ends just before minato dies/gets sealed away, before his final fight with sasuke (which i believe will happen in a final arc after the war arc, when sasuke tries to get konoha through force)
2) Rinnegan -> naruto reps the younger son of the sage, the body, not the eyes. Rinnegan has no rasengan related jutsus + the toad said his enemy would have power in his eyes. If both naruto and his enemy have powerful eyes, then how is it a special characteristic of the enemy. He also has no sharingan.

1) Sage mode -> def not getting this, no time for necessary training because of the war and it doesnt fit his character, its more a "younger son" ish thing as its more body related then eyes.
2) Curse mark -> not getting this, would be lame AF to get something back that was impressive only during beginning of shippuden. To me this is just as likely as orochimaru turning out to be the final villain, 0 % chance imo.
3) PS -> looks like a madara exclusive. itachi/madara/sasuke seem to be specialised in only one of their 3 MS techs; itachi tsukuyomi, madara susano'o, sasuke amaterasu. Sasuke is already got one.
4) Rinnegan -> Orochimaru could want to help Sasuke as oro cant awaken the rinnegan himself anymore (sasuke is too strong to take over). But this would make sasuke outshine madara because he would awaken it in his prime.
I dont think originality would be a factor because only madara awakened it and 2 others got it from him, whereas 4 people have SM (jiraiya/kabuto/naruto/hashirama), 6 people have kurama related powers (naruto/kinkaku/ginkaku/mito/minato/kushina) and 6 people have mokuton (madara/hashirama/danzo/obito/yamato/juubi)

Conclusion;
Naruto has a big chance at getting kurama, zero chance at getting rinnegan
Sasuke has zero chance at getting SM/CM/PS, low to mid chances at getting rinnegan
Sasuke has zero chance at getting SM/CM/PS, low to mid chances at getting rinnegan
