There's no proof of that other than Tsunade/Sakura's assumptions :coffee:. Sakura was obviously dumbfounded by Sasuke's power and Tsunade must have theorized he took drugs to get that strong. But it's 100% possible for Sasuke to train himself to become that powerful just like how Naruto trained to obtain his power.
OP: Why in god's name are you saying Itachi gave him MS. Itachi transferred an amaterasu seal in case Obito told Sasuke the truth
Kyuubi didn't want Naruto dead. Quite the opposite actually. He wanted to take over Naruto. Yes Kurama messed up with some of his development but he also assissted him by giving his a large chakra pool and healing. Heck during SM training Pa himself said the Kyuubi chakra made recovery better, which benefitted SM training. It's a double edged sword. Tobi gave Sasuke EMS but it takes skill to master the sharingan's power.

In fact, Kurama has been helping Naruto long before he tried to take over his body in Part 2.He helped Naruto with Haku, Orochimaru, Naruto begged him for chakra in the fight with Neji, and help in the VOTE1 fight. Even after Naruto got Kurama's power, Kurama didn't even bother trying to take Naruto's chakra during the war.

Kurama is shown babying Naruto than actually being an obstacle in his life he need to overcome. Which is why many Sasuke fans believe Kurama is not Naruto's power.
