I'm sad to say that Minato is team 2s weak link, although he can still help out by redirecting all TBB's. Saying this,

Team 2 wins Healthy Nagato take Naruto, Sasuke would beat Itachi but would be exhausted, Minato can beat Killer B by using Space time barrier to redirect TBBs back at B or mark B and behead him. Then Nagato would finish off a tired Sasuke.

team 2 wins since naruto cannot beat a healthy nagato and minato can mark itachi and nagato if he needs to protect them nagato is too much for naruto and since many of his attacks are chakra based he'll just increase nagato's power. sasuke> itachi and minato > b, minato can easily not take a single hit in this battle and can even save his friends if they get into near death situations. if you think about this as a team battle not three separate fights then team 1 has advantage when it comes to defence, nagato because of preta path and minato because of space time barrier, and itachi because of yata mirror, all these defensive jutsu can protect them from sasuke, naruto and bee's arsenal. in offense team 2 is also better because of minato being able to be anywhere and being able to help his team mates in an instant, nagato because of his animal summons and his use of shinra tensei and the human path, itachi's power is neutralized by sasuke since he can break tsukuyomi a and all his partners are perfect jin so no genjutsu

frog genjutsu would be an option for naruto but since team pain has knowledge he'll instantly kill the sage toads using shinra tensi. team 1 looses because most of their attacks can either be negated, redirected or absorbed by team 2. itachi however might die but i doubt it since minato can save him in an instant or attack the enemy o as soon as he attempts to kill itachi and since he would have marked itachi this shouldn't be too hard.

Minato.. A weak link? Minato can beat Bee pretty easily. Any TBB that is thrown at Minato from Bee of Naruto can be redirected at them. Minato is faster then both of them, and more intelligent then anyone in Naruto verse (debatable with Itachi). Minato has already shown to be capable of tagging Bee when he's in his partial transformation, and doing it again wouldn't be a problem. Once Bee is tagged or shoots a TBB which presumable gets thrown back at him, the match is done. Minato can Summon Gamabunta if Bee fully transforms and would definitely cut off a few tails of Gyuki.

Creating 1v1's from vs threads with over 2 people doesn't work well in Naruto. You could change the match ups and state that Minato>Sasuke and Bee>Itachi since any TBB finishes Itachi off (debatable). Minato can beat Naruto in my eyes as Naruto isn't smart enough to fight him, nor does he have any move that Minato doesn't know how to counter/evade. But on your post: Minato has no chance of losing against Bee as he's too quick and intelligent for someone like Bee, and can send back anything big Bee has to offer with S/T Barrier.
