If you read the link or the whole Chapter Tobi pretty much confirms another fight like Madara vs Hashirama between them.

What bijuu Madara was talking about? He didn't have to say which bijuu. He said it's destructive is comparable to a bijuu. Comon you don't have to be a rocket scientist to put two and two together.
