I doubt anyone will accept Sasuke right now and Naruto obviously won't let Sasuke take his dream away.
Naruto will be Hokage especially since everyone excepts unlike Sasuke who seems to be feared among all the villagers.

Basically Naruto would make a great hokage for the PEOPLE. Sasuke would make a great hokage for the SYSTEM.

I feel after the war the nation village system will either be abolished or radically altered. In any case there is a possibility that a Grand Kage or even a joint shinobi council headed by a chairman of sorts is introduced to oversee all of the ninja world. If that is the case Naruto would be a candidate that leaves a Hokage position open for a Kakashi or, if Kishi wants to stroll us, Sasuke.
