OP: Yes they are equal in their own ways. Although as a user already stated the gedo statue tips those scales a bit. Fortunately Sasuke Isn't dumb enough to use such a thing to begin with at least not willingly. Minus the gedo thing they are equal in power. Sasuke has the skills to evade or subdue Naruto's attack and Naruto has the body to take and dodge Sasuke's attacks.
