tsunade uses her body to win. Meaning the guys will bleed out of their nose and fall down leaving Sakura by herself. Thus Tsunade vs. Sakura, Tsunade wins.

team 1 juss for the simple reason that naruto n sasuke already surpassed theyr predecors or however u spell it, the only one who i think hasnt is sakura but 2 outa 3 aint bad, team 1 all the way but it wuld deffinitely b a very very close match, i wouldnt mind seein that actually

Alright Sasuke, Naruto and Sakura wins, even though it will not be as easy as people think...
Sasuke defeated Orochimaru when Oro was greatly weakenend, Orochimaru full power with Edo, would be able to do a lot for example he could summon some kage level shinobi to his side.
Naruto will defeat Jiraiya, since Naruto is able to use Kurama to pretty much full potential, if naruto doesn't have Kurama, then Jiraiya would win over naruto without Kurama.
Tsunade we all know is better than current Sakura.
I'm a huge fan of jiraiya and well but in the end Sasuke, NAruto and Sakura wins, but not easily Sakura will lose, Sasuke and Naruto will have a hard time fighting.
Naruto will be irritated over his sensei perverted ways so he will be annoyed lol,
Sasuke well current sasuke is better than Orochimaru but it won't be easy to handle him since he got Edo and he can use Hydra and he can easily defend himself.
The Sannin are great but i have to go with Naruto and Sasuke and Sakura, only because of Naruto Kurama combination and Sasuke's current incredible skills.

Oro summons madara (if kabuto can, his master should be able to) and pwns the kids. since none of them have a sealing technique, oro alone should win this. and if he needs distraction to summon mads, then jiraiya serves his purpose. he should already outclass ms sasuke.
sakuras not helpless. she knows how strong her master is and would form an according strategy.

I don't think we can just assume Madara is one of Oro's potential summons seeing as Kabuto has pretty much rose above Orochimaru in that jutsu, if anything at least keep the Edo realm in what we know and give him Hashi and Tobirama.
And yes Sakura would be virtually helpless in this situation. Because you know how strong somebody is doesn't mean you have the necessary tools to do anything about it, if Sakura were to fight Tsunade, she would get destroyed, seeing as Sakura still has a way's to go before she can be considered Tsunade's level. Tsunade is smarter and more skilled a kunoichi then Sakura, and she wouldn't have much assistance from Naruto or Sasuke seeing as dealing with one Sannin is a full time job for anybody so she's on her own and she's done for.
