You meant to battle craft lol.

Naruto would have to take out itachi first, shadow clones can't get stuck in tsukyomi, rasenshuriken > susanoo, itachis shield only works from one side, naruto has shown an impressive ability to place himself in the past.

Senjutsu permits naruto to sense itachi and sasuke with his eyes closed, risk of tsukyomi drastically reduced, shadow clone summoning is relatively instant, as long as his reaction time is up to the challenge amaterasu is not a huge risk, distance is long at the start so tsukyomi is relatively out of the question anyway.
