Ummm not trying to say shit but in pretty sure for a water rasengan you should of trained about it. I can't just make it happen lol unless you tryed it before and trained I believe , not trying to be bossy just thinking .

It was a KKG ability, shining water, so yeah you're half right. Arlong trained for the rasengan and infused it with his KKG, which isn't hard as it's a naturally balanced out element. I understand what you're saying, but I did think it through.

DaVonte' using his RWG technique runs on the side of the wall and casts his Water Release: Water Dragon jutsu aimed directly at Arlong
