Izuna: Yes Konohagakure is hosting it's bi-annual chuunin exams I want you to spy on the members, your fake name will be... Nami.. So do well by me and complete this mission. Try to find someone I can recruit into Akatsuki ok "Nami"

'Nami': "Oh don't worry...I'll refrain from doing stupid things." she turns and grins evilly "Except for stir up some trouble within the forest...you know I have my wind chakra nature along with my fire chakra nature...things'll be good as long as I don't use scorch release." she turns and stalks away, picking up a normal ninja uniform and a headband saying 'Iwagakure' and runs towards the chuunin exams.

Alright then what village are you from... And since naruto was a gennin and he had rasengan you can have rasengan and only three shadow clones max! Because you are not a Jinchuriki so you don't have an ungodly amount of chakra.. Nitro speed that should require chakra... Or are you just fast... No teleporting Kunai for now... Knuckle blades are good but no extension like Asuma (yet) and you katana should be fine
