This is just the tip of the iceberg. Soryu's prowess far outmatched 3 kage's during our last encounter. Before we can give it our all we have to evacuate the civilians. I have a Jutsu for this but before that we need to discuss the battle plan. As mentioned Before in the previous Summit we need to distract the bulk of the Iron Dawn army at the front gate. While they are occupied i will use Hikari Hashira no Jutsu( Heavnily Piller of Light). I can transport the people to relative safety.

Akira: Good that would've been my conclusion too maybe (Raiton: Jibashi) - Lightning Release: Electromagnetic Murder and another Water release technique would do the trick
