This technique is a supplementary type of jutsu but given the level of the shinobi and timing of shinobi it can be very useful and effective.

This technique entails you to concentrate your wind chakra to your mouth and shoot out a stream of wind-natured chakra from your mouth. By blowing wind chakra from their mouth, the user is able to change direction while in mid-air at high speeds.

But like I said you can use this offensively also depends on strong it is and how you time it.
