(basically the plot is the enemy has the 4 7 and 9 tailed beasts we(the alliance) have the 1 2 5 and 6 tailed beasts and the aktsuki has the 8 tails)

Akira: I was raised in a small village near the borders of the fire nation my village was attacked by samurai when i was training in some remote canyons by the time i got back........ they were all dead my family friends all gone i didn't find my brother among them i pray hes safe and also they stole my family heirlooms Kusanagi and the Yata mirror that was past down for generations from father to son if my brother is alive i don't believe he will have them he is not capable of susano
