Ibuse: Yes unfortunately it does... But while I was waiting I did some research.. He is assigned a mission today and is running towards the land of fire alone... He is Kazan he was lava release and all we need to do is surround him... We should meet when we get in mist territory?....-Notices the noblemen- hm? Hops down and stands in there path?-

Derp: It is possible, but we would need someone who is skilled in Fuinjutsu. I know a little S/T, but I am sure we can find someone to make us a scroll. We are here. Let me open the gates.

*Derp opens the gates, and then a huge torret of water starts flooding him and his team*

As the water flows out of the seals he placed, Susanoo, in his puddle form, travels with the water to a point near the shelter (assuming it protects you completely; 360 degrees). There, he returns to human form, using the shelter to stop him from behind pushed back in his own technique, and creates a large medieval-style sword out of water, which then cuts a hole around Susanoo's body, the water pushing the earth slab and Suanoo into the shelter, also flooding it.
No Kumo officers? No matter; I can still have fun!

As you arrive in Kumogakure, you find a group of worried parents frantically petitioning the Raikage for their children's safe return. You address the Raikage who sends you North into the mountain ranges in search of the band of samurai. Track The Samurai to their secret hideout and resue the genin

Adam: Lightning Hound (Raiton: Ryouken)

Description: By manipulating lightning chakra into the dominant hand, the user can make the lightning expand to can create the form of a hound. The hound-shape remains connected to the user's hand with a bolt of lightning, allowing them to control it during its attack. Being a Lightning Release Ninjutsu, it requires a large amounts of chakra from the user to maintain and thus is a risk to use with a low chakra supply.

*Adam throws his lighting attack at the water directly before throwing a kunia to a tree and using FTG to avoid the water style attack*

Also, I guess I just assumed because I'm Neo Akatsuki, I could RP with high-level techniques (because you said they were a group of S-class shinobi); I won't actually fight with high-powered techniques without permission.

You're trapped inside a complete dome-like shelter; there's no opening to throw a kunai to (unless Penguin explains how the shelter was made). Because of this, we both become electrified by the lightning in water.

As the rock slab is broken by the lightning hound, and Susanoo and the random ninja still inside the dome are electrified by it, Susanoo rests his hand on the ground, releasing a seal into the ground designed to seal away water within, only to be released with anything touched it (ie. kunai, rock slap, foot, body, etc.). He then converted his body into water in order to absorb himself into the seal as a protection method.

Description: The user places a seal on an object, sealing away another object or chakra nature. When specific conditions are met, the seal is released and said object/chakra nature is released. If chakra is sealed, the user can choose how the chakra is released (ie. if Katon is sealed, the user can cause a tiger of fire to be released to guard something, or if Genjutsu is sealed the user can choose the illusion cast when unsealed, etc.).
Weakness: Cannot be unsealed unless the specific conditions are met.
