Recable: Hey Derp, I was thinking is there a way we could develop a new Jutsu which will allow us to summon each other to each other? So if you was in Kumo and I was in Konoha and I wanted to come with you as long as you had the scroll with you I could teleport myself to you? Like maybe a space time jutsu? It would also aid in battles and to support each other.
