Mizukage: Derp, you have come along way since I last saw you. You have mastered those clothes, and Samehada looks like it does not want to kill you. A mission for you? Of course. I need someone to defeat a Samurai General outside of Amegakure. I think he is planning an invasion. The restriction is, you cannot use the jutsu I taught you. You have not perfected it yet. You are a 7 Ninja Swordsman of the mist, so I expect you to take them out! Get some friends as this mission will be tough. The general is named Ozai, and he is Kage level. He mastered Kenjutsu and Taijutsu. He can infuse his blade with Electricity. He also knows 5/8 gates. Be carefull, the reward will be wonderfull!

i agree completely im only a jonin but your definitely right though

That's why there are missions from kage and bulletin board requests. These are tasks that can be performed by any rank. Granted certain ones can only be tackled by higher ranks but like all ninja, you need to work at it. We all started as Chunin and worked our way up. Just giving them power simply because they are new to the thread isn't exactly fair to those who had to work for their rank.
