Description: The Tail of the Thunder God has been a well kept secret amongst the Kumogakure Raikage for centuries. It was used after hundreds of years by the previous Raikage during the Kumo Massacre 9 years ago. It was Alexie who defeated and killed the previous Raikage when he went mad killed his entire ANBU army.

Spark Flash:Upon the crack of the tip an intense flash of light can blind its foes even when they close their eyes.Daojutsu users such as the Uchiha and the Hyugga are especially effected by this jutsu then others as it disrupts the chakra flow in their eyes which in turn can break the concentration and rendering abilities like Susanoo and Amateratsu usless.

EMP: The Tail of the Thunder God is charged with lightning chakra which is then focused and realesed with the crack of the whip's tip for long rang lightning damage of 100 points

Gravaton Force: After the whip is charged with EMP, the user can rap it around themselves allowing them to bend space and time and teleport to another position within a 2 mile radius (must perform EMP before executing)

Drawbacks:The constant flux of chakra being transferred to and from the users brain renders them immune to genjutsu as long as they are holding the Tail of the Thunder God. However powerful the whip is, prolonged use cause mental scaring eventually driving the wielder mad until they kill themself or those around them.

It can but the Rinnegan is unique. since it can be shared amongst others simultaneously, It would only effect the paths that are targeted. If another path is say behind me and sees it comming you can easily put up some type of wall or absorb it using Preta Path since it is Chakra.
