Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.

Water Release: Great Waterfall Technique is a technique that forms a strong column of water to attack an opponent. Due to the force of the water, the target will be fully enveloped and at the mercy of the current as they are pulled away. Kakashi Hatake hypnotized Zabuza Momochi to use this jutsu so that he could copy it with his Sharingan in their first fight.

The current leaves both of the samurai near death and rips away their armor L than appears behind the one that hurt rune and uses the silent killing tactic on the now vulnerable samurai ending him

Rune: Mizukage-sama, I've seen this emblem before in the academy. they wear the Iron Dawn symbol. Why? I thought they were defeated a long time ago.

L: They may just be a rebel faction, probably some radicals that still cling to that old system..

Samurai: *huff huff*.. Mizukage-sama? You mean that ninja with the dropping eyes and the slouching problem is the Mizukage?! Ugh *grabs his bleeding arm* Heh sorry ninjas but this little game is over... For now.

(um, i kinda have no idea how to just jump in here and i dont have jutsu...god im worthless)

*EDIT* never mind i found out how to get jutsu...now i just need to know what ranks im aloud to use .-.
