The Shukaku does NOT reform. The Shukaku failed to regrow its arm when it got cut off during its battle with Gamabunta and Naruto

Alright, so no, he cannot reform, but he would've been able to continue fighting even with the amount of damage taken, just SEVERELY weakened.

(Yukimora launches the death sythe at Azul, as it comes within inches to Azul's head it stops in mid flight.)

(Azul holds his hand up to his chest and then pulls it back causing the ninja wire he had scattered around before hand to ensare Yukimora.)

Azul: Foolish Uzumaki! Your master should have taught you not to engage your betters.

(Azul channels his fire chakra into the wire burning Yukimora.)

WANING: Please stop arguing in the thread. For the purposes of this thread. Shikaku is in perfect health. It's been hundreds of years since he fought Naruto so cannon or no does not apply here. If you blew off his arm for this fight then you blew off his arm. There is nothing that states Shukaku cannot regain his arm in Narutopedia: I checked. No more arguing.
