That's not the problem. The problem is everyone wants to start as a master in everything then no one coneeds in fights because everyone is way too OP. That's why no one joins. Everyone is either S-Class or higher and no one new joins. I get PM complaints that everyone is too high leveled and only a few people RP now. But still I have resivised the rules and have allowed people to RP at high ranks.

(I don't like this personally because nothing is earned. Everyone just wants everything handed to them without training or working for it. But if that's what everyone wants so be it)

(Umari senses the presence of someone nearby, and stops on a branch high above the trees. He unsheathes a kunai and throws it right next to his persuer's head)

Umari: Consider that a friendly warning. Come out of hdding and show yourself.

I agree completely. That's how I orginally designed it but everyone keeps VMing me asking to start as kage or S class so that went out the window. Lol

(Umari performs the Ram-Tiger-Ox-Tiger handseals and then places his hand on the branch beneath him. He then grabs 2 kunai and throws them at the Masked man and jumps behind them with his sword drawn)

As you look in his eyes you see that he has his sharingan activated

*travel post 4 dante arrives at the hidden star village he spots 2 star shinobi at the front gate he infuses his death wrath blade with chakara he runs from the side cuttin both there throat and desposing of them in the woods and he then enters the village undetected*
