Others can fly, but the wind god Nimbus is the one who taught me this. Not to mention there is various stage of this jutsu Hokage-sama this is just my observatory stage, not my Battle stage". Now i Should warn you that sense we have been talking the north wind told me we have insurgents headed our way, should we let the anbu handle it, our would you like me to take care of it?
