Naruto's name in the genjutsu universe is Menma but if the actual Menma was the villain, how did he become the villain or did he leave the village and if he did why did every one not notice he left? Naruto and Sakura walk around the village and the alternate characters act as if nothing happened to Menma.

My question is complex and can easily turn into many questions, so if you don't get my question please excuse me I'm not good at explains things. So please fill free to ask me a question if you don't understand.

I think, Menma became a villain when Naruto and Sakura just transported into the other universe. Remember when Tsunade said that thereis a masked man suddenly doing bad things. This means that Tobi/Obito made Menma bad at the time Naruto and Sakura is there. This causes no one noticed that menma is gone.
