madara is not known in this world they onl yknow the masked man
jiraiya is not in this movie he went on a mission to retrieve a scroll that could beat the masked man and never returned
they beat the masked man save naruto's other self and return home

He means future naruto is actually tobi but the movie was based on an alternative universe so tobi being naruto is just for the movie the actual identity of tobi in the manga is still not revealed YET
