Naruto Road To Ninja Eng subs SRT file?

hello.. i want to put road to ninja on my ipad but when i do the subs disappear.. now i need to find the subs for it.. i heard something about a SRT file or ASS file so where do i find it? any clues XD?

well, the subs are not yet official, it's just some people who used some kind of software, so later i guess=D
