Well... we don't know that. Tbh I don't think Sage Mode naruto could have the reflexes to react Ay, let alone his speed. But that's something we can't know I guess.

Sage Mode naruto reacted pretty well against the third raikage and was paralleled with Sasuke ems in the fight against juubito.
Besides both Suigetsu and juugo kinda reacted against V1 A speed.

True but I still think he is faster in speed and has got better reflexes with KCM, BM and his SO6P mode.
When Ay goes all out I doubt that Suigetsu and Juugo can react to him.

Yeah, Kyubi chakra is very powerfull so it makes powerfull shunshins, but it was never stated to improve the perceptual abilities, the reflexes, the synapses speed, or anything like that.

Full speed Ay stomp 99% of narutoverse, but V1 Ay has similar shunshin speed than sasuke.

I think Naruto has always had okay reaction feats, it's just that the Kyuubi chakra enhanced his speed in all qualities: Body speed, foot speed, striking speed, etc. While the Kyuubi chakra helped him be able to move his body faster and evade faster than before, it still takes the reflexes of Naruto himself (aside from SM). Naruto has grown accustomed to high speeds so naturally the Kyuubi chakra has enhanced his reflexes so to speak.
