The Sage passed the sealing jutsu to become a Jinchuuriki down as well. The Bijuus are heirlooms of the Sage and just like how the Sage sealed the Juubi inside himself, Naruto has a Bijuu inside him. Both the Sharingan and Bijuus are tools that a ninja uses and it depends on how they use it that defines their strength. Sasuke did not crave power since birth, Itachi made him crave power by filling him with hatred.

Kurama is Naruto's same as the Sharingan is Sasuke's, both were passed down from the Sage of Sic paths. Take Kurama and the Sharingan away and what do you get? Sasuke who can't use chidori variations effectively because he needs the Sharingan, can't read,predict or copy movements or jutsus so can't see the jutsu's weakness while Naruto have every thing up to SM and he can fuse with Ma and Pa toad to use Boiling oil (Wind+fire+oil), Dust cloud jutsu and Frog song. Yes there are ninjas who are skilled enough to see a jutsu's weakeness and strength like Minato but Sasuke relies on his Sharingan to much to train his basic eyes to do that.

yea because sage mode which the great orochimaru couldn't achieve is nothing right? not even the legendary sannin jiraiya couldnt perfect.
