if kabuto is a medical expert, medical jutsu expert and has an ass load of medical tech why can't he take dna from minatos body and clone him?
apparently oro has minatos dna if he was ready to summon him, so why is it so hard to do that?

if oro wanted to he could have cloned minato, took his body and wiped out villages.
or even cloned sasuke

yeah gee never thought of that maybe next time you could read carefuly and figure out that this thread isn't about summoning minato
when you clone youre taking dna and using cell regeneration.

they have computers and tech equipment
xd hell yamato was created in a lab about 20 something years ago in the naruto universe so im sure tech has evolved since then

I think they inserted the cells in the babies while in the womb, but I don't think he was made in a tube... was he?

yea i mean if there was the ability to so easily make clones of people (not like kage bunshin no jutsu) than where would we be? ill tell you. buried in the hell of a world destroyed by sasuke clones.

its really really vague about what if can do when it comes to cell implantation, and your reply will vary depending on your resource. Orochimaru had dna for his failed summon of the fourth, but thats assuming that there was anything inside the casket. Aut if he implanted his dna, I'm not sure what techniques he would recieve. If you look at Orochimarus abilities from his Giant snake form there really similar to Kabutos edo tensi summons, and Jugos cursed seal/transfornations.
Most of Minatos juitsu are seal related, so not sure how well they would do.

In the anime you can see Kimaro laid out on a table, with a medical juitsu seal on his face, look at the battle where Gara saved lee.

Only other times I really rember seeing Orochimarus lab is when her researching juitsu with Anko, and his battle with the 3rd but Orochimaru preforms hand seals and all this experements are destroyed(when the third lets him go).

Or are you talking about why dosen't Orochimaru have a lab full of clones like Dr. Venture, from the venture brothers? Except with ninja.

Other than that Orochimaru/Kabuto/Zetsu/Negato are stuck making shapeshifting clones but need bodies and some chakra donated to get them to work?

Ok in the Naruto universe the SOUL has a big role. So in my opinion even if he managed to clone him (doubt it) the clone would be just that, Minato had no kekegenkais, no bloodlines, just speed, ftg and rasengan, i doubt the clone would know any of that, it is just a DNA clone.. if it had a sharingan yea the clone could have had that but nothing more.
And also the implant DNA into kids, and other people is in order to get DNA abilities (bloodline limits, kekegekngais) regular jutsu have nothing to do with the DNA.

welll.. maybe he did try but as far as i remember... not all their experiments succeed.. most of them are wasted.. it was not yet complete...
