Do you see the seals on Naruto and Sasuke's hands? No, cause they don't have them anymore.


The part about needing the two seals to end Infinite Tsukuyomi was a mistranslation. They need the Rinnegan and the Bijuu chakra. That's why Sasuke was ok with killing Naruto, cause he has the Rinnegan and the Bijuu in Chibaku Tensei.
