I still dont get it why Sasuke wasn´t able to beat Naruto at vote 2. Not only Naruto was exausted from fighting 2 days but Sasuke also had all 9 bijuus power at his disposal.Was Naruto too strong back in Vote 2 so Sasuke only chance was using 9 Bijuus power.

Is it good thing that Adult Naruto was confirmed to be extremely rusty so that Adult Sasuke can catch up to him ?

Naruto was experienced with bijuu chakra but lacked energy, Sasuke had energy but lacked experience with his Rinnegan. Kishi balanced them out like he always did since day 1.

Naruto won because of plot (Even though it was a physical tie). If you pay attention to the details, which many people don't, Sasuke only absorbed the Bijuu chakra into his Susanoo; Not himself. If he absorbed the chakra into himself, it would've been a different story.

On another note, Sasuke was nerfed at the last minute during the blast radius. He was pulling out his arsenal nonstop and dominating the fight then suddenly, he's out of chakra and his Rinnegan wasn't working. If plot didn't nerf him, Sasuke would've used Amenojikara to remove himself from the blast radius and let Naruto take it, which would've given him the automatic win.

It was Naruto's destiny to have a win....cough cough....even though it was tie. Besides, Naruto is not too stronk. Why? Because he had Kurama guiding him through every step.

So technically, it was 2 vs 1. Sasuke was doing everything by himself while Naruto needed Kurama like always to fight his battles for him.

Yep. First of all he was already exahusted fighting Kaguya and then throughout the battle whatever chakra he received was still nowhere near to the chakra of 8.5 bijuus. And then Naruto kept tanking most of Sasuke's attacks instead of going on the offensive.
